This tutorial is good for dark images/screencaps.
2 Layers › Duplicate, set the duplicate layer to Screen.
3 Duplicate Screen layer (your image may need more screen layers, or may only need one).
4 Layers › New Adjustment Layer › Colour Balance Layer.
Settings;
54, -17, -21
5 Make a new raster layer, fill it with #0a1334 and set it to Exclusion.
6 Make a new raster layer, fill it with #bee3f4 and set it to Burn.
7 Make a new raster layer, fill it with #f4debe and set it to Burn.
8 Make a new raster layer, fill it with #fcfbf6 and set it to SoftLight, with the opacity of 36%.
9 Merge all the layers and your done.
