COLOURING 4
This tutorial will give a similar effect to selective colouring.
2 Layers › Duplicate base layer, set to screen.
3 Layers › Duplicate base layer. Bring it to the top, set to softlight.
4 4 Layers › New Adjustment Layer › Channel Mixer.
Settings;
RED: 110, 26, -33
> 5 Layers › New Raster Layer.
6 Fill layer with #f9f1e5, and set it to multiply.
7 Layers › New Raster Layer.
8 Fill layer with #0a2e34, and set it to exclusion.
9 Layers › New Raster Layer.
10 Fill layer with #a5dff5, and set it to burn.
11 Layers › New Raster Layer.
12 For this layer i used my foreground / background gradient, i made my foreground colour white and my background colour black.
13 Fill the raster layer and set it to softlight. The section that was white will stand out and the section that was black wont as much, so how you play with this part depends on your image.
14 Layers › Duplicate base layer. Bring it the top, set to softlight, with the opacity at 40%.
15 Layers › New Adjustment Layer › Colour Balance Layer.
Midtones Settings;
13, -40, -15
16 Merge all the layers and you're done.
